Terms of Service

Effective April 14, 2026

Welcome to Reviewed. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Reviewed (“Reviewed,” “we,” “us”) and govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Reviewed

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What Reviewed is — and isn't

Reviewed is a personal-finance organization tool. It reads transaction data from accounts you choose to link and helps you review and flag charges. Reviewed is not a bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, financial advisor, or fiduciary. We do not move funds, file disputes, give investment advice, or guarantee that any charge is or is not fraudulent. Always confirm questionable charges directly with your financial institution.

3. Account & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reviewed-app.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise, fraud, or abuse.

4. Linked financial accounts

Reviewed connects to your financial institutions through Stripe Financial Connections. By linking an account you authorize Reviewed, through Stripe, to access read-only data about that account on an ongoing basis. You can disconnect any linked account at any time from Settings; doing so revokes our access going forward but does not retroactively delete data we already received (use the Delete account flow for that).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or to violate anyone's rights.
• Link financial accounts you don't own or are not authorized to access.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models.
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.

6. Subscriptions & payments

The core Reviewed inbox is free. Optional paid features may be offered in the future on a subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription, the price, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and refundable through, those stores under their respective policies.

7. Intellectual property

Reviewed and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of any content you submit, and grant us the rights necessary to host and operate the Service for you.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Stripe, Clerk, Convex, Vercel, AgentMail, Anthropic, Apple, Google, your financial institutions). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of those third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL DETECT EVERY FRAUDULENT OR ERRONEOUS CHARGE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWED AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reviewed harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you becomes commercially impracticable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Reviewed agree to bring any dispute exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by your local law.

14. Apple App Store users

If you downloaded Reviewed from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Reviewed only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. The license granted is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
